Uptime checks confirm your server answered. They don’t tell you the hero image never rendered, the add-to-cart button loaded below the fold on Android, or that a new analytics script added four seconds in Brazil.

Residential check origin
No snippet, no SDK, no deploy. Pick the pages, countries, devices and frequency you care about.
A full browser session on a real device profile, at real viewport breakpoints, over a residential connection in the country you selected.
Screenshots frame by frame, per-block load timing, Core Web Vitals, and every request in the waterfall.
Baselines are learned per monitor, so you get alerted on the anomaly instead of on an arbitrary threshold.
Cloud-to-cloud routes are the fastest path on the internet, and none of your customers use them. We check from consumer ISP connections so your metrics reflect real conditions.
Mid-range Android, flagship iPhone, tablet, laptop, wide desktop. Layout bugs live at breakpoints, so that’s where we look.
We identify ourselves with a published user agent. Easy to allowlist in your WAF, easy to exclude from your analytics, never disguised as human traffic.

Uptime monitoring tells you your server answered. RUX tells you whether the page your customer opened was actually usable, how long each block took, and what it looked like on their device.
Those are one-off tests run from a datacenter. RUX runs continuously from residential connections in the countries you choose, keeps the full history, and alerts you when something changes.
Checks run over a consented peer network of everyday broadband and mobile connections. Participants opt in explicitly, are told what the connection is used for, and can leave at any time. We only route our own declared monitoring traffic through it, and we never touch a participant’s own browsing.
Our bot uses a published, declared user agent. Exclude it from your analytics in one filter, or allowlist it in your WAF in one rule. We never disguise our traffic as human.
No. There is no snippet, no SDK and no deploy. You add a URL and choose the devices and countries you want checked.

The free tier runs one session per monitor per day. Paid plans run every six hours, every hour, or every fifteen minutes, and every plan lets you trigger a session by hand or from your deploy pipeline.
Add your first RUX monitor and get your first session report in minutes.
