Uptime monitoring tells you your server answered. RUX tells you whether the page your customer opened was actually usable, how long each block took, and what it looked like on their device.

Those are one-off tests run from a datacenter. RUX runs continuously from residential connections in the countries you choose, keeps the full history, and alerts you when something changes.

Checks run over a consented peer network of everyday broadband and mobile connections. Participants opt in explicitly, are told what the connection is used for, and can leave at any time. We only route our own declared monitoring traffic through it, and we never touch a participant’s own browsing.

Our bot uses a published, declared user agent. Exclude it from your analytics in one filter, or allowlist it in your WAF in one rule. We never disguise our traffic as human.

No. There is no snippet, no SDK and no deploy. You add a URL and choose the devices and countries you want checked.

The free tier runs one session per monitor per day. Paid plans run every six hours, every hour, or every fifteen minutes, and every plan lets you trigger a session by hand or from your deploy pipeline.
